Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026  |  Last Reviewed: January 2026

This Privacy Policy covers americandisabilitybenefits.legal, its subsidiaries, and any of its websites ("Websites"). This Privacy Policy is designed to tell you about our practices regarding collection, use, and disclosure of information that you may provide via this Website and certain related services. Please be sure to read this entire Privacy Policy before using, or submitting information, to this Website.

This Website is not intended for anyone under the age of eighteen (18) or persons residing outside of the United States. By accessing the Website on any computer, mobile phone, tablet, or other device, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Policy, please do not use the Website.

We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we decide to change this Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on our Website. We encourage you to periodically review our Privacy Policy to stay informed about how we are using the information we collect.

Collection of Information

Personal Information: We collect personal information from you when you provide it to us, including by providing information to us to find you a local attorney, or when you contact us. This information may include name, date of birth, telephone number, mailing and home address, zip code and email address.

Non-Personal Information: When you visit the Website, we may collect certain non-personal information from you, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, the date and time of your visit, browser type, operating system, the specific web pages visited during your connection, and the domain name from which you accessed the Website. In addition, we may collect information about your browsing behavior, such as the date and time you visit the Website, the areas or pages of the Website that you visit, the amount of time you spend viewing the Website, and the number of times you return to the Website.

Like many commercial websites, we analyze how visitors use our site through what is known as "cookie" technology. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your computer when you access the site and allows us to recognize you each time you visit the site. We may use cookies to: (1) enhance or personalize your Website usage; (2) monitor Website usage; (3) manage the Website; and (4) improve the Website and our services. If you choose, you can set your browser to reject cookies or you can manually delete individual or all of the cookies on your computer by following your browser's help file directions.

We may also use web beacons on the Website, in our emails and in our advertisements on other websites. Web beacons are tiny graphic images used to collect information about your site visit, such as the pages you view and the features you use, as well as information about whether you open and/or act upon one of our emails or advertisements.

Use of Information

We may use the information we collect from and about you for any of the following purposes:

(1) to fulfill your request for solicitation purposes and match you with a participating partner; (2) to respond to your inquiries; (3) to review Website usage and operations; (4) to address problems with the Website, our business or our services; (5) to protect the security or integrity of the Site and our business; (6) to monitor the Site for compliance with our Terms of Use and the law; (7) to enforce our contracts with you; and (8) to contact you with Website updates, newsletters and other informational and promotional materials from us and offers from participating partners, as well as from other companies.

If you do not wish to receive communications from us about offers and promotions, you can opt-out by emailing us at socialsecuritydisabilityaid@yasolutionsinc.com or by following the instructions in the messages you receive.

Disclosure of Information

We may use the information we collect from and about you for any of the following purposes: (1) to fulfill your request for solicitation purposes and match you with a participating partner; (2) to respond to your inquiries; (3) to review Website usage and operations; (4) to address problems with the Website, our business or our services; (5) to protect the security or integrity of the Site and our business; (6) to monitor the Site for compliance with our Terms of Use and the law; (7) to enforce our contracts with you; and (8) to contact you with Website updates, newsletters and other informational and promotional materials from us and offers from participating partners, as well as from other companies.

Credit Implications of Providing Your Personal Information

Our participating third party partners may verify, without limitation, your social security number and driver's license number, or any other qualifying identification and review your information against national databases to determine credit worthiness, standing and/or capacity. Please note that multiple inquiries on the three national databases (Equifax, Transunion and Experian) may result in a lowered credit score. By submitting your information you agree to allow third party providers to verify your information and check your credit as described in their policies and terms.

Security

We take reasonable and appropriate security precautions to secure the personal information that you choose to provide against the loss, misuse, alteration, or unauthorized access of such information. Unfortunately, no transmission of data over the Internet is guaranteed to be completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security or confidentiality of any personal information you transmit to us.

Interest Based Advertising

We may partner with ad networks and other ad serving providers ("Advertising Providers") who serve ads on behalf of us and others on non-affiliated sites. Some of those ads may be personalized, meaning that they are intended to be relevant to you based on information Advertising Providers collect about your visits to this site and elsewhere over time. Our Advertising Providers use cookies to personalize advertisements that you may see on other websites.

Because an industry-standard Do-Not-Track protocol has not yet been established, we will not change your browsing experience based on any "Do Not Track" signals that may be sent by certain browsers.

However, you can visit www.aboutads.info to learn more about this type of advertising and how to opt-out of this form of advertising by companies participating in the Digital Advertising Alliance ("DAA") self-regulatory program. Note that electing to opt-out will not stop advertising from appearing in your browser or applications. It may make the ads you see less relevant to your interests.

Children

We do not direct the Website to, nor do we knowingly collect any personal information from, children under the age of thirteen.

Third Party Websites

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, including those for participating partners, which may have privacy policies that differ from our own. We are not responsible for, nor do we endorse, any of the activities and practices that take place on these sites. Accordingly, we recommend that you review the privacy policy posted on any external site before disclosing any personal information. Please contact those websites directly if you have any questions about their privacy policies.

Your California Privacy Rights

Under California's "Shine the Light" law, California residents who provide Personal Information to the Website may request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Data to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please contact our consumer support helpline via e-mail at socialsecuritydisabilityaid@yasolutionsinc.com, or via regular mail at Suite 215, Abbey Plaza, 1500 Upper Middle Road West, Oakville, Ontario L6M 0C2, Canada.

Contact Us

If we need, or are required, to contact you concerning any event that involves your information, we may do so by email, telephone, or mail. If you have questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy, you can contact us via e-mail at socialsecuritydisabilityaid@yasolutionsinc.com.
